SP-98-130 766 Falmouth Road, Unit 19 <br /> Map 88 Block 38 Unit 19 <br /> A Petition was filed on August 24, 1998 by Miller Starbuck Construction, Inc, for <br /> a Special Permit under Section 174-25.G.9 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to place <br /> two storage containers on property located in an 1-1 zoning district at 766 Falmouth Road <br /> (Map 88 Block 38 Unit 19), Mashpee, MA, <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 14, 1998. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously to grant the Special Permit. <br /> On January 27, 1999,the Board of Appeals received a request from the applicant <br /> for permission to relocate the storage containers to the right side of the parking lot. <br /> Attached is a copy of the letter from the Board of Managers, Makadet Place <br /> Condominium Association, requesting Mr. Philip M.
