Scozzari of East <br /> Falmouth, Massachusetts for a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-40 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to modify the side setback requirements and modify the <br /> separation requirements for accessways in nonresidential districts on property located in a <br /> C-2 zoning district at 2 Great Neck Road,North(Map 36 Block 15), Mashpee, MA. <br /> (Owner of record: Garry T. Melia) <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 25 and October <br /> 2, 1998, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 14, 1998, at 7:30 P.M., at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Govoni expressed concern about the volume of traffic increasing at the busy <br /> intersection of Great Neck Road North and Route 130. No comments were received from <br /> abutters. <br />
