Trust- SP-97-29 451 Nathan Ellis Highway <br /> Map 72 Block 1 <br /> A Petition was filed on March 4, 1997 by G. A. P. Trust of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-251.2 of the Zoning By-laws to <br /> allow the outside sale or rental of automobiles on property located in a C-2 zoning district <br /> at 451 Nathan Ellis Highway(Map 72, Block 1) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: <br /> Patricia A. Govoni TR.). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br />' Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on March 7 and March 14, 1997, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 26, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Edward Govoni represented the petition and informed the Board that the shopping <br /> center has excess parking and that 12 spaces can be used for the proposed business. He <br /> informed the Board that a maximum of 10 cars would be on the site at one time. No <br /> comments were received from abutters. <br />
