Karibian, who successfully petitioned for <br /> Variance Relief before the Zoning Board of Appeals in February <br /> 1995. Said Variance was recorded with the Town Clerk on February <br /> 22 , 1995. <br /> Due to circumstances beyond their control, they have been <br /> unable to undertake substantial construction on the subject <br /> matter parcel, and it appears that due to existing whether <br /> conditions they will be unable to undertake substantial <br /> construction prior to the one year expiration date of said <br /> Variance. Under those circumstances and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of M.G.L. c. 40A§10, a request is hereby made that <br /> said Board extend the Petitioners rights under said Variance for <br /> an additional period of. six months to August 22 , 1996. <br /> Should you require my appearance before the Board to discuss <br /> this matter in greater detail, please advise.
