Schedule B �'y'�9 ani <br /> 20. The applicant shall construct a sewage treatment plant to provide a "tertiary" level of <br /> treatment for all waste water produced by the development other than wastewater <br /> produced by the 29 lots listed on Schedule 20 attached hereto. Treatment of <br /> wastewater shall include at least 90% denitrification and conformance with ;� IJ <br /> requirements and standards of any waste water discharge permit issued and monitored 1w'p691 <br /> by DEP and with any requirements imposed by the Mashpee Board of Health. The <br /> leaching facilities for the systems for the 29 lots shall be located on the respective lots <br /> being serviced. P <br /> l C fly ll <br /> The applicant shall construct waste water service to lots and units in the development, �•;,�' ' <br /> including sewer lines to the front property line of each of the 29 lots, in anticipation of <br /> connection to a sewage treatment plant, notwithstanding the construction of interim a . , <br /> septic systems for the lots. The 29 lots listed on Schedule 20 shall be connected to the ' <br /> sewage treatment plant at such time as DEP regulations shall allow the connection of jai jr:�i*d � <br /> subdivision lots to such plants. Upon completion and approval of the operation of the , <br /> sewage treatment plant (or, for the 29 lots, upon said event and approval by DEP of the <br /> connection of said lots to the sewage treatment plant ora public system), all units and <br /> � ou, <br /> lots and the golf course clubhouse shall, at the expense of the developer or subsequent <br /> lot owners, connect to the sewer lines and waste water collection system and abandon <br /> any interim septic systems. 4 <br /> The applicant shall provide sufficient notice of these requirements to all buyers of lots ;! <br /> and condominium units in a form approved by the Planning Board. Copies of the <br /> recorded deed conveyance documents for the 29 lots listed on Schedule 20 containing x�° <br /> these restrictions shall be provided to the Planning Board within sixty days of <br /> recording. The applicant shall also provide sufficient cash or other security to <br /> guarantee funds for the construction of connections to the sewer lines from units built arr',►N',;� " <br /> with interim septic systems.
