"Dennis made a motion to approve the special permit modification #1 subject to �! ;, q� ;� a Schedule A and complete set of plans being received and approved by the town engineer by April 17, 1996. " "Charlie said he wants a copy of the letter from the Fire Chief, written to the Planning ' Board, saying he is comfortable with the radius of the loop. " Spyro opened the floor to any further discussion. r;w �,rli� k ° k ,f h Charlie had a question, referring to an easement back to the Water District for the right to maintain and repair water mains. He asked if the approved plans would be documented showing the easement. After a brief discussion, Willowbend answered that the , easement has not yet been documented. 1,. Al Charlie pointed out that the language was very general and he wants to know if there was some sort of an easement documented on a plan, showing where the easement is and where the pipelines would be. Willowbend Representative pointed out a 20 ft. wide utility • easement. a Spyro clarified that the plan was not referring to an i; X14 easement to service the subdivision, rather referring to an easement servicing other areas. � Charlie' s concern is for anything that the Water Department would be responsible to maintain and repair.
