I
X11: -
i 11161
Spyro noted the Vote was subject to a couple of things
that had not been written down at the time. One being preparing
the road for emergency access.
g .II1yh
Tom read the Motion as written on page 8 of Mashpee Planning
Board Meeting Minutes, Wednesday, April 3, 1996. "Dennis made a
motion to approve the special permit modification #1 subject to ! ;, q ; a
Schedule A and complete set of plans being received and approved
by the town engineer by April 17, 1996. " "Charlie said he wants
a copy of the letter from the Fire Chief, written to the Planning '
Board, saying he is comfortable with the radius of the loop. "
Spyro opened the floor to any further discussion. r;w ,rli k ° k
,f h
Charlie had a question, referring to an easement back to the
Water District for the right to maintain and repair water mains.
He asked if the approved plans would be documented showing the
easement.
After a brief discussion, Willowbend answered that the ,
easement has not yet been documented. 1,. Al
Charlie pointed out that the language was very general and
he wants to know if there was some sort of an easement documented
on a plan, showing where the easement is and where the pipelines
would be.
Willowbend Representative pointed out a 20 ft. wide utility •
easement.
a
Spyro clarified that the plan was not referring to an i; X14
easement to service the subdivision, rather referring to an
easement servicing other areas.
Charlie' s concern is for anything that the Water Department
would be responsible to maintain and repair.
Tom suggested modifying the wording to refer to the streets
and to the easement shown on the plan and also change it to 4° 'p9A°n °
Mashpee Water District. 41
Charlie would like to see something in the decision of the ""'• In"
Special Permit that ties it to anything other than generaltl
easement .
V31 d 61,
Defined as: As referred to on Plan dated. . .An easement in : '*.. } °
the area as shown as proposed 20 ft. wide utility easement then
running in a southerly direction along Stirling Drive to "#
Quinaquisset Ave. , as shown on Sheet 3 of the Definitive Plan.
