APA <br /> Tom Fudala agreed to obtain feedback from Town Counsel <br /> regarding parameters for the Town subsidizing home upgrades. <br /> Tom also suggested the Planning Board devise a procedure for <br /> approving or amending Elements for final form. The Board agreed <br /> to consider this issue for discussion at the next meeting. <br /> Tom reminded Board Members that Open Space, Recreation and <br />� ,�.��,, 1 wetlands/Wildlife will be presented at the October 2nd meeting. <br /> 1� He asked if they wanted the full or summary version. All Board <br /> u41, Members agreed to the summary version of Recreation and Wetlands/ <br /> Wildlife and requested the full version of Open Space. <br /> MOTION: Robert Govoni made a motion to close the Public <br /> b � Hearing-Local Comprehensive Plan; which motion was seconded by <br /> Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously. <br />•� � ,° (The Local Comprehensive Plan-Draft Affordable Housing; <br /> �! Municipal Buildings & Facilities Elements was thereupon concluded <br />�p y� i . at 10 :35 p.m. ) <br /> Correspondence <br /> ° The Chairman introduced a letter received from a gentleman <br /> on Rachel Court, Boxberry Estates, who has a problem with <br /> drainage. The Chairman suggested leaving the letter in the <br /> correspondence file for discussion with Charlie Rowley at the <br /> next meeting. <br /> A request from Ann Shaw regarding auditing her books. She <br /> requested the status of security being held on Santuit Woods. <br /> Tom Fudala said that the audit had been done. Reference was to <br /> seeding at Santuit Woods. Request for release was made last year <br /> and denied based upon recommendation by Charlie Rowley.Cha e . A second y <br /> NJ, request for release has not been made, the amount is $2, 250 . 00 . <br /> Tony suggested Tom try to reach the developer in this matter. <br /> Copy of a letter issued to the Building Inspector subsequent <br /> to the meeting regarding the drawing for Stratford Ponds. "This <br /> drawing depicts the location of the buildings that the Board <br /> previously agreed to allow the Applicant to revise from their <br /> originally approved multi-family configurations to duplex <br /> �.".,'� configurations. The Board agreed to this revision providing <br /> there is no increase in bedroom or dwelling unit quantities from <br /> +� the originally approved configurations and that the revised <br /> buildings are configured and located in conformance to the <br /> drawing.
