Jacobson Senior <br /> Center, Great Neck Road North,to review a request by The Bornstein Company for modification <br /> N1 <br /> of the Special Permit previously approved for the residential development known as Windchime <br /> Point. <br /> The requested modifications include changes to the site layout plan, grading and drainage plan, <br /> site utilities plan and building design plan, as depicted on plans dated June 18, 1996. Further <br /> modifications include a reduction in the number of total units from 170 to 156, additions to the <br /> conditions of the Special Permit, amendment to the jurisdiction area of the conservation <br /> restriction described in the Special Permit, and modification of the phasing schedule described in <br /> the Special Permit.
