Reference was <br /> I1 �, being made to the Plan indicating suggested areas of paving. <br /> a { all <br /> f�, The Chairman expressed his reservations of releasing Lot 16 <br /> , I . , without some sort of understanding that Lots 16 and 17 be <br /> e f"!; combined. <br /> (There were suggestions made including a new recorded Deed, <br /> release of Covenant along with an ANR which would combine the two <br /> 4 ` lots. There was further discussion regarding frontage-zoning <br />� �! � �► issues. ) <br /> The Chairman again suggested both lots should be released as <br /> a single-building lot. He suggested a current inspection and <br /> evaluation be made by an engineer relative to paving, drainage, <br /> I. ' 'r 1 utility and shoulder issues. <br /> {`' ► (Consulting Engineer, Charles Rowley, arrived at the Meeting <br /> at this point 7: 00 P.M. ) <br /> Ms. Crowley requested the Board provide her with a letter <br /> stating requirements that should be met. The Chairman responded <br /> ,Y she should simply meet the statutory standards for a Covenant <br /> Release; authorize an engineer to make an inspection and provide <br /> a report and post security of a value of one hundred fifty (150%) <br /> pik9 percent of the cost to complete requirements. The Chairman also <br /> 4� stated there is a public safety factor involved regarding South <br /> ' ;y� Sandwich Road being a heavily used and dangerous road.
