He stated he was unsure if any Comprehensive <br /> Plan Elements will be ready for presentation in January. He <br /> requested the Board consider scheduling the Windchime Point ' <br /> Public Hearing matter. <br /> 'rhe Chairman suggested scheduling one Planning Board Meeting <br /> in January, on the 15th, to which all Board Members were in <br /> agreement. <br /> Mr. Fudala brought to the Board' s attention the issue of <br /> monies spent on flyers for the Comprehensive Plan Elements. To <br /> date, the public response has not been great. He suggested <br /> omitting flyers for the December 18th Meeting, using press <br /> releases on cable stations instead. "' <br /> The Chairman agreed it is not worth expending funds that <br /> might be better used towards printing, etc. All Board Members <br /> were in agreement. (There was discussion regarding notification <br /> to all Town Departments. ) <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Windchime Point-Great Neck Road South <br /> The Chairman opened the continued Public Hearing-Request to <br /> Modify Special Permit matter at 7:00 p.m. In view of the fact <br /> Mr. Fudala has already reported the Applicant has requested a <br /> continuance, he suggested this matter be scheduled for January <br /> 15, 1997 at 7: 00 p.m. <br /> MOTION: Patrick Coffey made a Motion to continue the Public <br /> Hearing-Windchime Point matter to Wednesday, January 15, 1997, at <br /> 7:00 p.m. ; which Motion was seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so 'p <br /> voted unanimously. 5 ` <br /> The Chairman recognized Beverly Kane who inquired as to who <br /> would make the determination of the final plan submitted in this <br /> matter. <br /> The Chairman explained the final plan will be forwarded to <br /> the Cape Cod Commission for determination in order for them to <br /> administer their Act. Whereas the Planning Board has its own <br /> evaluation, criteria, jurisdiction, etc. <br /> Robert Govoni asked if this matter could be continued <br /> indefinitely. To which the Chairman responded that under the <br /> Statute for Special Permits/Modification, in theory it could go <br /> on.
