It is his intent to have a joint meeting with PBA, ZBA, and the Planning Board. <br />Mr. Fulone asked if he could draft that for next meeting. <br />District Local Technical Assistance Funding — First Solicitation — Housing Production Plan <br />The Planning Department did submit an application to the CPC for funding in support of the HPP. The <br />CPC was kind enough to award $50,000. He noted his intention to seek supplemental funding. There <br />seemed to be an intent from the CPC for him to continue seeking funding. He is to use the state funds <br />first. He will continue submitting the application as he told the CPC he would for $25,000 for HPP. He <br />does not know of any restrictions in the application. If other projects fit let him know between now and <br />next meeting. The only challenge with this funding source is the small contract term. <br />Ms. Waygan stated to use the state money first then dip into CPA money, if approved by Town <br />Meeting. <br />BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Cape Cod Commission — Voted to send an amendment to Administration of Rights. <br />A Citizen's Petition would require 750 participants. <br />Proposing a slight change to RPP update process, gives <br />more flexibility for end date. After an RPP adoption there is <br />a one year safe harbor where a Citizen Petition could not <br />be submitted. <br />There was a recent change to MEPA, environmental <br />impact report was required because a project was near <br />environmental justice neighborhood triggering a DRI. The <br />Commission opted to take no action to see if there's going <br />to be a flood of new applications. Ms. Waygan was <br />concerned that disproportional minority households were <br />being used as indicators to re look at exemptions. <br />Community Preservation Committee- <br />No Meeting <br />Design Review- <br />Triple M on Echo Rd.
