16 Great .Neck R.oadWorth <br />Nashpee, Nassachusetts 02649 <br />Mr. Lehrer noted the applicant would request a withdrawal without prejudice and there may be a <br />potential permit refile at a future date. <br />MOTION: <br />Ms. Waygan moved to accept the withdrawal without prejudice. Seconded by Mr. Callahan. All in <br />favor. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Vote to set Public Hearing for housekeeping zoning article related to the reclassification of the <br />Board of Selectman to Select Board. <br />Mr. Lehrer referenced the Attorney General's response relative to the zoning articles and general <br />bylaws voted on and approved at Town Meeting. Article 1 facilitated the change from Board of <br />Selectman to Select Board. This article contains language that suggested the town modify two sections <br />of the zoning bylaw where the term Board of Selectman is used. That article was never transmitted <br />from the Select Board to the Planning Board, thus a Public Hearing was never held. The Attorney <br />General approved the article that facilitates the name change but did not approve the portion that <br />changes the text of the zoning bylaw. The Town Manager's office and the Select Board are requesting <br />the Planning Board hold a Public Hearing on an article that would facilitate that change. Counsel will <br />draft the zoning article. Mr. Lehrer suggests holding the Public Hearing March 2, 2022 at 7:10pm. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to set a Public Hearing for March 2, 2022 at 7:10PM for the <br />zoning change related to the reclassification of the Select Board. Seconded by Ms. Waygan. All <br />in favor. <br />Approval of invoices submitted by Pesce Engineering for the following projects: <br />Mr. Lehrer noted the funds are available and he is looking for the Board to approve each invoice, <br />assuming there are zero issues. <br />Mr. Phelan asked about the fourth item, Casper Circle Subdivision, but what he was really referring to <br />was 532 Main St. He noted one of the bills mentioned its previous name Sari Drive. He thought he <br />would ask to have that changed. <br />Mr. Lehrer stated the Quashnet Valley Country Club currently being built out is the Casper Circle <br />subdivision. This was a long approved subdivision that a developer is building out and submitted funds <br />for Mr. Pesce for inspections during the build out process. The definitive filing for 532 Main St. would <br />not include previous name. This should not impact the approval of the Consulting Engineers funds. <br />Sherwin Williams — 314 Nathan Ellis Highway <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini moved to approve this bill in the amount of $2,363.89. Seconded by Mr. Phelan. All <br />in favor. <br />
