a, <br /> Board of Appeals - Litt'le River Boatyard 91 -58 2 . <br /> The Board reviewed the conditions imposed by the Cape <br /> Cod Commission and Special Permit SP-91-20 and determined <br /> that several conditions, including 2, 7 . and 8, had not <br /> been completed . These required the construction of an <br /> impervious bermed containment system, review of the <br /> landscaping plans and the posting of a landscape bond . The <br /> Board took the application underadvisement and at the <br /> November 13, 1991 meeting of the Board Mr . Burtis informed <br /> the members that the landscaping had been completed to the <br /> satisfaction of the Design Review Committee and Mr . Boyd <br /> confirmed that a bond was no longer necessary . Mr. Burtis <br /> requested a 90-day extension to complete the containment <br /> berm . <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on November 13, 1991 to grant a 90-day <br /> extension in the completion date for the impervious bermed <br /> containment system. The date of the extension is to coincide <br /> with the date voted December 5, 1991 by the Cape Cod <br /> Commission . The completion date for the containment system is <br /> now March 5, 1992 . <br /> The Board of Appeals, after carefully considering all of <br /> the facts and evidence submitted at the hearing, made the <br /> following findings : <br />
