She is proposing to exclude the map and expand <br />space for people to write more text. <br />Ms. Waygan knows five people who will not be able to attend. She would be grateful if there could be <br />takeaways. She also had requests from people to have the PowerPoint presentation printed out. <br />Mr. Fulone asked what is needed for Saturday to be a success. <br />Mr. Lehrer noted turn out and participants are crucial to have productive dialogue. Come with the intent <br />for meaningful contributions. <br />Mr. Richardson stated that after the session people could comment on their feedback. Then we could <br />share some of that feedback with The Enterprise. <br />Mr. Lehrer identified driving people to the website as being the best way to communicate directly and <br />offer any feedback on elements or the process. He is pleased with the traffic and happy about the <br />mailer that went out last week. Outside of surveys and workshops, if you have a thought or idea and <br />you don't have a way to get there, send an e-mail or comment on the site. <br />Mr. Fulone inquired if the town had a resident email list. <br />Ms. Waygan has been taking the mailer around to stores and getting them to post it. It doesn't have any <br />town seal so she had to really convince one store it was the town of Mashpee. <br />Mr. Lehrer also mentioned the approval of the new town seal. <br />Mr. Hansen asked about the public stakeholders, are we able to send each one an e-mail invite, which <br />could trickle down to sub stakeholders. <br />
