Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, May 17, 2022 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Tyler asked about the details of the landscaping. Mr. Kirrane said that the <br /> 10 ft. buffer will remain in its natural state. There are white pines showing <br /> on the plan because there might be some disturbance with the drainage. <br /> Tyler asked what was used for seeding near the retention basin. The <br /> information is listed on the details plan sheet. Tyler said he likes the added <br /> shutters on the building. <br /> There were no more comments. <br /> Tyler made a motion to accept the signage and site plan application as <br /> submitted. Mr. Morris, seconded, yes, and Tyler yes. All in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> 4 Market St. Owner, Laura Pereira of Elburne submitted an application for <br /> Design Review approval for their business sign located on the building <br /> that faces Rte. 151. <br /> Laura said that the building is located in Mashpee Commons. There will be <br /> other signs on the building, but one sign faces Rte. 151. The sign design <br /> has raised lettering with acrylic material and a black matte finish. <br /> Tyler asked if there were any other existing signs on the building. Laura <br /> said; there are no other signs. He had no issues. <br /> Tyler made a motion to accept the signage application at 4 Market St. for <br /> Owners, Laura and Simone Pereira for the one sign facing Rte. 151, Dave <br /> seconded, yes. Tyler, yes. All in favor. <br /> Dave made a motion to accept the meeting minutes of May 3, 2022. Tyler <br /> seconded, yes. All in favor. <br /> Dave made a motion to adjourn.
