All Board members were in favor. <br /> DISCUSSIONS <br /> Applicant: John Falacci/Sarakummit Corp. <br /> Location: Sarakummit village <br /> Request: Discussion regarding reduction of Letter of <br /> Credit for Sarakummit village. <br /> Mr. Falacci presented to the Board an application for permit <br /> for the trailer' estimate for stump removal; (was going to <br /> have it removed but the wrong piece of equipment was <br /> there) ; two L/Cs $90 , 000 and $4 ,000. <br /> He explained that he had a meeting with the Board of Health. <br /> They have inspected the area. There has been some dumping, <br /> will be putting up no trespassing signs and will ask police <br /> to watch the area. <br /> The $90, 000 L/C states that it is covering wood Hall, Sea <br /> Nest and Burning Bush, has left out Park Place and Noisy <br /> Hole Roads . <br /> Tony explained that the draf is cannot be signed by the Town <br /> Engineer because that position does not exist, should read <br /> "to be signed by the Planning Board" . <br /> Judy made a motion to accept the request to reduce the <br /> Letter of Credit to $90 , 361. 50 Louise seconded the motion. <br /> All Board members were in favor. <br /> Judy made a motion that upon receipt of proper Letter of <br /> Credit the Board will return L/C #1558 to the applicant. <br /> Louise seconded the motion. All Board members -were in <br /> favor, <br /> Mr. Falacci will bring the new L/C to the Planning <br /> Department and Tom will review it. <br /> Discussion with Winn Davis regarding the Andrade <br /> subdivision. <br /> Mr. Winn Davis and Mr. Kevin Andrade were present. <br /> They were present to discuss a plan which was approved in <br /> 1986 . Mr. Davis stated that they are here on the advise of <br /> Town Counsel . The subdivision is off of Old Barnstable Rd. <br /> The last extension expa:red on Dec 4th 1985 and the Planning <br /> Board did not file its decision until after that date. <br /> Thereby, there was constructive approval of the plan. The <br /> Planning Board was not in favor at the time . <br /> Jane Labute , Town Clerk, would not sign it unless the <br /> Planning Board had no objection or the applicant b;ought an <br /> action against the Town. <br /> 3 <br />
