Tong stated that he would not advocate taking 25 of their budget <br /> and funding the assistant town planner position. <br /> Tom stated 'that the work load is too much for one person to handle <br /> and he is getting no support from the Planning Board. <br /> Wayne stated that the potential fall out from the $700 . 00 is not <br /> worth it. He should wait to December to start the position. <br /> Tony stated that he would be willing to advocate spending the <br /> $721 . 55 for the assistant town planner . <br /> Tom stated that he would appreciate the $721. 56 <br /> Pat stated that he doesn' t think it is worth the extra 2 weeks and <br /> then- wouldn' t have to appear before town meeting. <br /> Wayne made a motion not to transfer any money out of the consulting <br /> engineer budget . Pat seconded the motion. 2 in favor, 23 against. <br /> Judy made a motion that the Board is willing to transfer $721. 560 . <br /> Tony seconded the motion. 4 members in favor, 1 against. <br /> Judy stated that she would like to be called when important mail is <br /> received in the office so she can come in and pick it up. The other <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE; <br /> - Board of Health meeting on Thursday at 8 :00 with Dr. . Kerf oo t . <br /> They would like to receive agenda ' s and minutes in the future. <br /> letter from M. Singer , Attorney for the SouthC ape Civi c <br /> Association requesting a full ETR from Devillars on. New Seabury' s <br /> plans . <br /> -- Landuse managers . <br /> - ZBA special permit decisions . <br /> -- letter from Mane Labute asking for an update on the zoning reap. <br /> Tom has been updating the zoning map. <br /> James Circle 40B application list of exception to rules and <br /> regulation. The hearing is continued to October 24th. <br /> Tom explained that Mrs . Peters 2 lots were not protected by <br /> grandfathering, therefore there are not 2 buildable lots . <br /> Charlie spoke with Ernie about working on the drainage at Hane <br /> Road, he needs the funds to be transferred so he can use tham. <br /> Tom will work on that paperwork. <br /> Tong spoke with Kevin Harrington who thought the best way to <br /> monitor the bonds would be through his office. <br /> Pat stated that he is involved with Windchim.e Point on a snail <br /> scale and therefore will be abstaining from th4 vote. <br /> Meet in.g ad ourned at 12:4 5 p.m. <br /> Minutes submitted by Arden Cadrin <br />
