Mr. Dunning stated that they are asking for something more than <br /> what was originally bargained for. <br /> Pat stated he is asking for something different but the project is <br /> different. <br /> Louise stated that in the original situation Sentry use to be a <br /> third party for Hostetter and Largay, now it -is a new situation, <br /> they are re-writing the bargain to make it the same bargain. <br /> Mr. Welch stated that he understands the concerns but will not <br /> offer a Letter of Credit from anyone other than Sentry. <br /> Judy asked if there are any other offers than a L/C from Sentry? <br /> Mr. Welch responded none that they have considered at this point. <br /> The Board will -.discuss this issue with Town Counsel. <br /> Pat stated that his other concern is timeliness, they are not being <br /> helpful or timely in this case and the security has not been <br /> addressed and he would like to see a resolution to it promptly. <br /> Mr. Dunning stated their opinion is that it is best to meet with <br /> Town Counsel . They want to do something satisfactorily to the <br /> Planning Board and doable for the developer. <br /> Louise will try to set up this meeting with Town Counsel. <br /> Doug Boyd stated he is concerned about the condition of Old <br /> Mill/Sampson Mill road, it should have been paved by now. <br /> Torn stated that they have contributed to the engineering for the <br /> relocation of the entrance but will have to check about the pav�.ng. <br /> Mr. Welch did not agree that it should be paved at this point <br /> a.ccording to the agreement. <br /> Pat stated that Charlie ' s list should serves as partial <br /> notification of what the Board' s concerns are in compliance with <br /> the Special Permit, it is not complete. <br /> Judy asked if they agree that the Board is following the procedure <br /> as outlining in the agreement? <br /> Mr. Dunning stated that it appears to be a partial compliance with <br /> that. <br /> Pat Do you accept this as notification in compliance with procedure <br /> for the special permit? <br /> Mr. Dunning and Mr . Welch stated that they do. <br /> They will continue the discussion in 2 weeks , October 3rd at 6 :45 . <br /> Wayne asked if these letter and reports could get to the <br /> appropriate parties before the meeting and suggested Mr. Welch get <br /> the estimates to Charlie before the next. meeting. <br /> Wayne asked Mr. Dunning if he represented Evergreen this evening. <br /> He responded that he did. <br /> .� 3 <br />
