The Payroll Administrator is instrumental in Counseling; Community Organization and Fuel <br /> utilizing and updating the functionality of the payroll Assistance.In support of this mission,Mashpee Human <br /> system in order to increase accuracy when extracting Services plays an active role in regional groups and <br /> salary and benefit data and when processing the bi- coalitions,including: The Upper Cape Representative <br /> weekly Town and School payrolls. All payroll to the Barnstable County Health & Human Services <br /> functions and W-2 processing are performed in-house. Advisory Council; The Town Representative to the <br /> The Payroll Administrator also provides estimated Barnstable County Human Rights Commission and the <br /> costs for proposed contract settlements,completes retro Town Representative to the Barnstable County <br /> calculations when applicable,and reviews Town salary Regional Substance Abuse Council. The Department <br /> budgets for accuracy. Weekly,monthly, and quarterly also oversees 14 contracts with outside agencies who <br /> remittances and reconciliations are performed in provide services to Mashpee residents: <br /> accordance with federal and state regulations. <br /> Non-Profit Agency Funding for 2017 <br /> For the upcoming year we will continue to make AIDS SUPPORT GROUP $533.00 <br /> every effort to be supportive to the administration and Direct Service for people infected with HIV and AIDS, <br /> employees of the Town, to continue to be fiscally NARCAN training and support <br /> responsible by our involvement with benefits <br /> management,payroll processing and continue to adhere BIG BROTHER/BIG SISTER $666.00 <br /> to employment laws.
