Explanation: The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Board of Selectmen to prepare and execute such <br /> through the Clean Water Trust, has provided agreements,deeds,and other instruments necessary to <br /> approximately$660,000.00 at 0%interest to the Town effect such transfer upon such terms and conditions as <br /> of Mashpee to assist homeowners in complying with the Selectmen shall deem to be in the interest of the <br /> Title V since 1998.
