Motion made by Selectman Thomas O'Hara. Article 8 <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to appropriate and To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer <br /> transfer from the Community Preservation 10% Open the sum of$39,000 from the Waterways Improvement <br /> Space/Recreation Reserves in accordance with the Fund to the Waterways Dredging Account to cover the <br /> provisions of M.G.L., Chapter 44B, §5, the sum of costs associated with dredging 3,000 cubic yards of <br /> $121,500 for the purpose of funding the Ockway Bay sediment from the Great River/Little River Channel,or <br /> Boat Ramp Improvement Project—Phase 1I,including take any other action relating thereto. <br /> necessary costs and expenses related thereto, as <br /> recommended by the Community Preservation Submitted by the Waterways Commission <br /> Committee. <br /> Explanation: This article will transfer funds from the <br /> Motion passes at 7:34 PM.
