Revised/amended law on the subject was <br /> Motion made by Selectman Thomas O'Hara. enacted by the General Court and the Governor <br /> effective December 15,2016(Chapter 334 of the Acts <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to authorize the of 2016) and,thereafter,on July 28,2017 (Chapter 55 <br /> Conservation Commission to enter into a 30 year lease, of the Acts of 2017).The new law is codified at G.L.c. <br /> in consideration of nominal payment to the Town and 94G, and municipalities are authorized by Section 3 <br /> other public/environmental benefits to be provided by thereunder to adopt bylaws for the purpose of <br /> a prospective lessee,with respect to that certain parcel regulating said activities.
