By vote approving Ballot Question 4 at the <br /> Massachusetts General Election on November 8,2016, <br /> Motion passes at 7:42 PM. the voters of the Commonwealth approved a law <br /> allowing the non-medical cultivation, distribution, <br /> Article 8 possession and use of marijuana for recreational <br /> purposes (Chapter 334 of the Acts of 2016).
