Explanation: This article is required annually to set DNR and for the Town's shellfish propagation <br /> aside the 10% Reserves of the estimated Community program. Phase III would replace the concrete boat <br /> Preservation Funds for Open Space/Recreation ramp and install a concrete scour pad at the end of the <br /> Purposes, Historic Preservation Purposes and ramp. The 35-year old ramp has deteriorated due to <br /> Affordable Housing Purposes and to fund the Budget salt water corrosion. If funding is received the project <br /> for Appropriation Reserve. would be completed in Winter/Spring 2022. Design <br /> and permitting for the$450,000 project will be funded <br /> The Community Preservation Committee voted to through the DPW/DNR or Waterways Commission <br /> approve this article to set aside the 10% Reserves and budgets. <br /> Budget for Appropriation Reserve to be available for <br /> use in fiscal year 2022 as certified by the Finance The vote of the Community Preservation Committee <br /> Director and reflected in the FY 2022 CP-1. The total was unanimous 9-0 in support of this article. <br /> FY22 appropriation to the 10% Reserves and Budget <br /> for Appropriation Reserve is $1,948,336. The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of <br /> Article 12 by a vote of 5-0 <br /> The vote of the Community Preservation Committee <br /> was unanimous 9-0 in support of this article.
