Article 19 with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, be

<br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower under and pursuant to Chapter 44 Section 7 or 8,or any
<br /> the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan laying out and other enabling authority for such purchase or taking
<br /> defining Canonchet Avenue and to accomplish said and layout, including costs of constructing such ways,
<br /> purpose and for expenses related thereto,the Town vote legal, financing, and other costs incidental and related
<br /> to appropriate and transfer the sum of$5,000 from thereto, and further authorize the Board of Selectmen
<br /> revenue available for appropriation to the Canonchet to assess betterments to the owners of the land abutting
<br /> Avenue Roadways Account, or take any other action the ways.Any premium received by the Town upon the
<br /> relating thereto. sale of any bonds or notes approved by this vote, less
<br /> any such premium applied to the payment of the costs
