Revenues will be <br />used to offset expenses related to these programs. <br />The Board of Selectmen recommends Town <br />Meeting approval by a vote of 5-0. <br />The Finance Committee recommends Town <br />Meeting approval by a vote of 5-0. <br />Motion made by Selectman Andrew Gottlieb. <br />Motion: I move the Town vote to re -authorize the <br />Library Revolving Account, through the Town <br />Accountant's Office, in accordance with M.G.L. <br />Chapter 44, §53EIh to be expended under the direction <br />of the Library Board of Trustees, in order to place <br />anticipated revenues collected from fines and fees, <br />which shall be used to further the operation of <br />programs and services under the Library, and to <br />establish the limit on expenditures from said account <br />for FY 2017 at $20,000. <br />Motion passes at 8:20 PM. <br />Article 13 <br />To see if the Town will vote to re -authorize the <br />Recreation Revolving Account, through the Town <br />Accountant, in accordance with M.G.L., Chapter 44, <br />§530/a, to be expended under the direction of the <br />Recreation Department, said account to be funded by <br />revenues collected from the various Recreation <br />Department Programs and expended for the purpose of <br />paying such wages, benefits, and other related costs and <br />expenses as are necessary to conduct Recreation <br />Department Programs; and to establish the limit on <br />expenditures from said account for FY 2017 at <br />$410,000, or take any other action relating thereto. <br />Submitted by the Recreation Department <br />Explanation: This revolving account is required in <br />order to receive and disburse funds generated through <br />programs supported by such revolving fund.
