W8 <br />Mashpee Select Board <br />Minutes <br />July 25, 2022 <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Discussion and Aplroyal of 2022-23 Town Manager Goals µ <br />Town Manager Rodney C. Collins presented a draft of Goals for 2022-23 to the Select Board for review. <br />Priority goals include; Sewer Construction, Sewer Planning and Enforcement thereof <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to table the Town Manager Goals for 2022-23 to the next meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes <br />Selectman Sherman, yes Opposed, none <br />Discussion A . rtroval & Recommendations _ _m w 1 _w ___ 2 Town Mee WWarrant <br />_m....�._. _...... PP..__..M.M..�..._��.._.. _._w._.w.w._ationswon Draft 1 of the nOcto.w, October L7 2,02 <br />Articles: <br />The Select Board received a draft of Articles proposed for the October 17, 2022 Town Meeting Warrant. At this <br />time, the warrant contains 15 articles (14 from Departments, 1 Petition). It was agreed review would be <br />conducted at the next meeting. <br />ADDITIONAL TOPICS (This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate <br />would be discussed) <br />Discussion relative to Conservation Law Foundation: <br />Motion made by Selectman Cotton to add the above referenced topic to the Select Board's agenda as an <br />item not reasonably anticipated to be discussed. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes <br />Selectman Sherman, yes Opposed, none <br />A brief discussion followed with respect to the law suit filed by the Conservation Law Foundation (CLF). It was <br />disclosed the suit with the Town of Barnstable has been dismissed. Town Counsel Patrick J. Costello is <br />currently conducting mutual discussions, and is expected to provide a detailed report to the Select Board. This <br />matter was thus continued to the next Select Board Meeting. <br />
