16 Great Neck R.oadNorth <br />Mashpee, -Massachusetts 02649 <br />CHAIRMANS REPORT <br />No report. <br />TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br />Update and discussion relative to the Housing Production Plan consultant procurement <br />process <br />The HPP RFQ is currently in Town Counsel's hands for review. Once he gets the comments <br />back he will be issuing the procurement for that consultant. <br />Affordable Housing Project — 209 Old Barnstable Road <br />Right now the Assessing Department is producing the custom mailing list for the abutters to <br />this site to begin working through a neighborhood engagement plan to understand what types <br />of affordable housing might be supported on this particular site. This is a site where the <br />neighborhood was not on board with this endeavor some years ago, and the treasurer of the <br />association recently showed up in his office and left feeling okay. They are interested in <br />hearing more. They are understanding of producing affordable units for families in Mashpee <br />who need it. An RFP will not be issued on this until there is a thoughtful engagement with the <br />neighborhood. He will build into the RFP some neighborhood support strategies in regards to <br />design and things like that. <br />BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Cape Cod Commission - <br />Community Preservation Committee - <br />Design Review - <br />No Report <br />Received a series of applications for funding. <br />They meet Dec.1 to start reviewing the <br />applications. She will forward the applications <br />to Mr. Lehrer who will then send to the Board. <br />She would like comments at the next meeting <br />on 12/7. She is not expecting a vote on 12/1 <br />but they may vote on 12/8. They are also <br />working on their CPC plan, they are looking at <br />the 4 categories for funding and are <br />summarizing those plans objectives for their <br />CPC plan. <br />11 Evergreen Circle: Best Buy Beverage. It <br />was regarding a sign 10ft.x24in. It meets the <br />sign bylaw with no lighting behind it on the <br />building. Second one was for the Rustic Marlin, <br />they needed a sign for the parking lot and they <br />20 <br />
