Board susgested deleting hits next to the gown's active,bags; <br /> big chunk of open space next to river is good; loop road better than long straight ,stretch; <br /> look at rand alighment and lots with sensitvie topography and lots with back--to-back houses. <br /> Board approved the concept of the cluster, <br /> Preliminary Plan: Stuart Boarnstein <br /> Pickerel. Cave Road Subdivision <br /> Board reviewed plan consisting of 36 acres and 31 lots 109 of the maximum allowable. <br /> Abutters concerns: road location and design, number of lots,, access. <br /> Upon question for abutters, Mr. Bornstein said that he has no plans at presetn for a separate <br /> lot which he has purchased but: is not a part of this project. Pr,. Freinkel noted he has <br /> reservations for the use of the referenced separtate lot. <br /> The Board stated that it has no control over future easements rights over this separate lot <br /> -,,,,since it is not ,part of the subdiv ,son ,plan. <br />
