He was <br /> requesting a waiver of the shoulders for the road entering the condos from 4' to 21 . <br /> �. g <br /> He stated the gravel's in on the road and Charley Rowley inspected it. He said the <br /> road's P <br /> right u to the bog and they intend to keep a 2-1 slope and with 2' shoulders <br /> g <br /> they can. He would sod it., use bark mulch and junipers. He explained he's only <br /> looking for a waiver of the shoulders and not the slope. If they don't get the <br /> waiver, they will have to cut into the upland side and it will look like a boulevard, <br /> Mr. Marsters felt it would be okay since the road would be condominium association' s <br /> responsibility. <br /> Mr. Terry <br /> moved to grant a waiver from 4' to 2' shoulders. Earle •Marsters seconded <br /> the motion and Mr. Jonas and Mr. Collins voted in -favor of the waiver, The Board <br /> agreed Ba iew Condomitiums would have to follow the suggestion made by Mr. Rowley <br /> g Bay <br /> view <br /> regarding using mulch as protection during germination.
