frontage, the ref ore, the Board should not be signing it, Mr. Jonas said that M7* Anderson said 'that the only way this will go through Land Court is if the Planning Board signs it. lire Reardon said that he is absolutely correct --.it's a nand Court rule and regulation -R the planning Board- has to sign them. Apparently, the Land Court gets very uptight - for instance,, they are making surveyors take off any excess wordage. Mr.' Jonas said that any t�.me anything like this has to go to Land C ourt� then the Board has to sign it.- Mr... -Reardon said that the Board has a right .to approve an ANR and put a notation on it that it is not buildablenot a subdivision just a preliminary survey of existing ownership. Mr e Reardon f ur- ther said that it is a determination by the Planning Board that it is not a sub division as under the Subdivision Control Law. The Planning Board is required to put a, notation on the plan that the Planning Board does not r6quire its approval. He added that there is nothing gong with the plan, just that the Land.- Court wouldn't accept it the way it was a- they have their own rules 'in the Band Court concerning the registration of land. On the ,mat ter of the small strip being marked in color on the map., Mr. Blakeman will get the Selectmen's office to mark up a map the way they want it and have them leave the map with Jeannie. Mr. Blakeman will then give the others a call and they can come in and look at it if they agree, they can initial it. If agreed upon, a copy will be sent to Phil Holmes and instruct him to make one map and put the street map on the same map - make it the same size as the last map f or clarity.
