12 <br />Mashpee Select Board <br />Minutes <br />December 19, 2022 <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Presentation, Discussion and Possible A froval of Neotiatin and Entering into a Retail Marijuana <br />and Product Manufacturin Establishment Host Communit wAgreement with CatDogg, LLC dba <br />Sublime Cannabis: Robert Catania Evan Lehrer: (continued) <br />.. .___.........._..._.._. <br />The retail portion of the facility totals 2,500 square feet. The manufacturing portion of the facility <br />totals 1,500 square feet. Sublime Cannabis intends on establishing a welcoming environment with a <br />clean and modern storefront providing the highest quality, laboratory tested cannabis products. <br />In considering this proposal it was suggested the Select Board defer this matter to a full voting quorum. <br />As discussion followed it was noted the timeline to begin operations for the upcoming summer is tight. <br />The State of Massachusetts is noted to be highly regulated on the cannabis approval process, and the <br />submission package is comprehensive. <br />After a brief discussion, the Select Board took the following action; <br />Motion made by Selectman Wyman -Colombo to authorize the Town Manager to negotiate a Host <br />Community Agreement with CatDog LLC d/b/a Sublime Cannabis, 800 Falmouth Road, Unit <br />102A, Mashpee for a Retail Marijuana and Product Manufacturing establishment. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Cotton, yes <br />Opposed, none <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes <br />__.. i _.a_.,,..M .d of Selectmen with regard to the NSGwVillage <br />DiscussionandApproval of Letter to the Sandwich Boar „�www„ <br />Green -I Pr ctw <br />The Select Board conducted review of the draft letter to the Town of Sandwich Board of Selectmen <br />regarding the NSG Village Green-1 project. <br />It was agreed the topic would be deferred to the January 9, 2023 meeting for a full voting quorum. <br />TOWN MANAGER UPDATES <br />Town Hall Closure: As a reminder Town Hall will be closed to the public on Wednesday, January 21, <br />2023 for the Annual Organization Day. This information has been duly posted. <br />
