Terry asked if it's going to be' for AT, Tavares' use entirely and Mr. Tavares <br /> said yes. <br /> Mr. Term asked what's the problem with using that lot for that use'right now as <br /> a ho rt icultu ra l/agricultural use. <br /> Mr. Tavares said there is no problem except he has to retail out of it in order <br /> td• obtain a Farmer's Home Mortgage. <br /> Mr. Terry said his under stw-WaLng of the by-laws is that Mr. Tavares can do that <br /> any,'aye <br /> Ere Tavares said he couldn't retail and there's a five acre catch to it. <br /> Rr. Terry still felt Mr. Tavares could do it as it is. <br /> ler. Collins said he doesn't -think there's any problem. <br /> Mr. Tavares said in order to retail there is a statute in the Mass. by-laws <br /> that says anything 5 acres or larger transcends that zone. <br />
