However, fees have been submitted in the amount of$330.00 for review and <br /> advertising,. <br /> There was a unanimous consensus of the Board to deny the request for waiver of <br /> the $500.00 application fee in order to avoid additional taxpayer burden. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to schedule a Public Hearing in this <br /> matter for June 4, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.; which Motion was duly seconded by Thomas <br /> O'Hara and so voted unanimously. <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee <br /> Arthur Pagani-149 and 221 Noisy Hole Road <br /> Release of Road and Flooding Covenants <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that a revised set of plans was received on <br /> May 6, 2008, which Mr. Rowley has not yet had a chance to review. <br /> References were made to a plan of land entitled, "Site Plan Lots 80 & 81 Noisy <br /> Hole Road, Mashpee,MA, Revised April 18, 2008, by Canal Land Surveying& <br /> Permitting, Inc." <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney Benjamin Losordo, representing the <br /> Applicant. <br /> Attorney Losordo indicated that the planting schedule has been incorporated into <br /> the plan as suggested by the Board, there is also an indication on the plan with reference <br /> to house grade lowest floor for lots 80 and 8,1 at 50-ft.; and for lots 23A and 24 at 46-ft. <br /> He also stated that the Certificates of Release have been revised to reflect changes made <br /> to the plan. <br /> The Town Planner suggested that Mr. Rowley be provided the opportunity to <br /> review the plans for discussion at the next meeting. <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee <br /> Gene Smith—51 Conaumet Highlands <br /> The Town Planner reported that Mr. Rowley has nothing new to report in this <br /> matter with reference to the bounding and related costs. <br /> Discussion <br /> Gene Smith- 5 Pequot Avenue <br /> Review of the Extension of Pequot Avenue <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney Benjamin Losordo,representing the <br /> Applicant, who informed the Board that the Applicant is present,the plan is being <br /> prepared, and that this matter be continued to the next meeting. <br /> A <br />
