In accordance with <br />posting requirements, the Hearing notice was read aloud into the record. <br />Dawn Tormey, Manager was in attendance with representing counsel to discuss the intent of the Transfer <br />of License. Ms. Tormey would retain 100% of ownership and is well qualified to hold the alcoholic <br />beverages license at the subject establishment, There are no changes planned. With the Select Board's <br />approval the license would be forwarded to the ABCC for final approval. <br />Being no comment, the Board motioned as follows; <br />Motion made by Selectman O'Hara to close the Public Hearing. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes <br />Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />Motion made by Selectman Cotton to approve the application of Quashnet D&W, LLC d/b/a <br />Valley Grille for a Transfer of Alcoholic Beverages License; #004-RS-0670, 309 Old Barnstable <br />Road, Mashpee as presented. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes <br />Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />Update from the _Cam _„Cod Commission: Executive Director Krist!u„Senatori; <br />The Select Board met with Kristy Senatori, Executive Director of the Cape Cod Commission to review <br />the highlights of recent activities. Ms. Senatori recognized Mashpee's representatives to the CCC; Ernest <br />Virgilio giving 25 years of dedicated service as well as the commitment offered by Select Board member; <br />David W. Weeden. <br />The CCC has been working diligently to address the Cape's most critical challenges. This includes <br />housing, freshwater and coastal water quality, climate change and coastal resiliency as well as economic <br />stability and infrastructure in 2022. <br />
