Jill <br />Representative: Allen Sandish <br />SIGN COMPANY: Ruggles Sign <br />Agent: Tom Feronti, Mashpee Commons LP <br />Request: Storefront sign: 14-11/16 sq. ft., 19-3/16 sq. ft., blade sign 3-1/8 sq. ft. <br />(11) awning signs 3-57/64 sq. ft., (4) window graphics 1-7/16 sq. ft. Total: 42- <br />21 /64 sq. ft. <br />Mr. Sandish presented the sign application for J. Jill. He provided the Committee with color <br />renderings of the building signs that will face Rte. 28. There are two large signs located on <br />each corner of the building. The awnings will be located in the same location as the prior <br />business, and there are smaller window graphic signs. <br />Mr. Furbush wanted to know if the percentage of the proposed signs would allow enough wall <br />area for the other tenant space next door. <br />Mr. Morris explained that the percentage wall area that faces Rte. 28 is adequate. <br />Mr. Sandish said that the grey colored letters of the sign are a metal material with a white <br />background. The signs will be externally lit, not illuminated. <br />There was no more discussion. <br />Mr. Furbush made a motion to approve 7 Steeple St. Building 11-A, Space 104, Business <br />Name: J. Jill for the multiple signs as presented. Ms. Faulkner seconded. Mr. Morris took a <br />roll call vote, Mr. Furbush, yes, Ms. Faulkner, yes, and Mr. Morris, yes. All were in favor. <br />
