Collins updated the Select Board on the above referenced (4) collective bargaining <br />units that have reached a settlement agreement. Mr. Collins indicated negotiations have been successful <br />maintaining consistency and within the median as with other like communities on the Cape. Revenue available <br />for appropriation has been set aside for this purpose. <br />After review and discussion, it is the recommendation of the Town Manager to move forward with approval of <br />the collective bargaining agreements as referenced above funding the negotiated adjustments for Fiscal Year 2024 <br />effective July 1, 2023. <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve the contract settlement agreements to the MASS. C.O.P., <br />Local 477, Unit C - Police Lieutenants as presented. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes <br />Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />Motion made by Selectman Cotton to approve the contract settlement agreements with the Service Employees <br />International Union (SEIU), AFL-CIO Local 888, Public Works Unit A as presented. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Wyman -Colombo. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes <br />Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />
