It was noted the grant award would be
determined based upon the information provided in the application. A three -member panel will conduct the initial
review with final approval by the six -member Human Services Committee.
Discussion followed with respect serving the needs of the schools as it relates to the 5016 criteria. It was noted
that funds would support the schools and provide benefit to the Mashpee community. Although it was uncertain if
the schools would fall under the 5013c criteria, schools would have the ability to connect with outside non-profit
agencies to gain funding as required.
Town Manager Rodney C. Collins and Assistant Town Manager Wayne E. Taylor recommended approval of the
application. Adjustments would be made to the document if necessary. This is a start with an organized structure
to show data that Mashpee residents are being served.
Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve the Opioid Abatement Funding Application -Information
as presented.
Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara.
VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.
Roll Call Vote:
Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes
Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none
Public Hearin ,,;wwModification of Entertainment License: Barnstable Pizza Co d/b/a Finals Dino's
Discussion and Possible Aroval of Modification of Entertainment License Barnstable Pizza Commd/b/a Finally
Dino's:
The Select Board acting as the Local Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee opened the Public Hearing to
consider the modification to the entertainment license of Barnstable Pizza & Pasta Co.
