M._m„ rru, u.w.... ,... k..uww remises,: arket S lee MA 02649 for a Chan �e or Alteration of P Samantha Davis: After reading the Public Hearing Notice on the Alcoholic Beverages License Amendment application of 25 Market Street, Inc, d/b/a Cafe Trevi, 25 Market Street, Mashpee for a Change or Alteration of Premises, the Select Board opened the hearing continued from April 24, 2023. Samantha Davis, Manager was in attendance to request the Select Board approve the temporary changes made to the outdoor area that were approved under COVID guidelines permanent. The changes include an additional four tables on the upper -level patio. This area is chained off and expands the outdoor area towards the fountain in front of the cafe. Ms. Davis indicated the additional seating or 4 tables would contain an additional S chairs. The outdoor area has been very well received by the patrons for the past few summers. The seating option would be permanent operating on a seasonal basis. When asked about fencing Ms. Davis indicated after discussions with Mashpee Commons there are no issues with the chain link fencing. It was suggested there be an appropriate delineation. Ms. Davis stated that patrons enter the area through the patio, there is a gate that opens and closes, with two steps to the upper level from the main patio surrounded by a chain link fence. Access is only permitted through Cafe Trevi. All abutters have been notified. Being no public comment, the Select Board took the following action;
