<br />    			4.  Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record, including but not
<br />  				limited to the Board of Health comments.
<br />    			5.  Conditioned that the proposed screen porch and mud room to not be winterized.
<br />    			6.  Conditioned on further review by Cape & Islands Engineering to request that the current
<br /> 				plan is in conformity relative to lot coverage with the present law as understood by the
<br /> 				Zoning Board of Appeals and Cape & Islands Engineering. If not,notification and a new
<br /> 				plan currently dated will be prepared and forwarded to the Board Secretary and the
<br /> 				Zoning Board of Appeals. If the plan is compliant,than Cape & Islands Engineering will
<br /> 				notify in writing to the Zoning Board of Appeals by notification to the Board Secretary.
<br />    			7.  Conditioned that any changes to the plans will require the applicant to return to this Board.

<br />       		23 Jeep Place:  Owners, Hans E. and Sarah J. Brings request a Modification to existing Special
<br />       		Permits (SP-2021-29 and SP-2022-49), under §174-25 (C) (9) (a) of the Zoning Bylaws to
<br />       		eliminate condition line item 5 and allow the upstairs room to be finished and heated on property
<br />       		located in an R-3 Zoning District, and the Popponesset Overlay District, Map 118 Parcel 111,
<br />       		Mashpee, MA.
<br />       		Sitting on this hearing are Mr. Furbush, Mr. Blaisdell, Mr. Reidy, Mr. Ganzenmuller, and Mr.
<br />      		Caggiano.
<br />      		Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the applicant for the request. Mr. Brings was also
<br />      		present. This project was in front of the Board back in 2021 when the homeowners received a
<br />      		Special Permit to construct a garage. There was a subsequent request for some modification to the
<br />      		first floor of this garage including adding a heating unit, eliminating the door, and making some
<br />      		deck renovations.
