A brief discussion transpired <br /> regarding residents who are hospitalized for an extended period of time. <br /> Ms. Allen entertained a motion to accept the Treasurer's Report. Mr. Shackett moved, Ms. <br /> Meizinger seconded to accept the Treasurer's Report. The motion carried. 3-0-1. Mr. Fand <br /> abstained. <br /> Ms. Allen entertained a motion to accept the Warrants. Mr. Fand stated he'd like to see <br /> additional information on the Warrants since the existing report does not specify what each <br /> vendor was paid for. After a brief discussion, Mr. Shackett moved, Ms. Meizinger seconded to <br /> accept the Warrants as presented. The motion carried. 3-0-1. Mr. Fand abstained. <br /> 5. Executive Director's Report & Updates (Board vote as needed) - <br /> a. Covid 19 Reopening Community Rooms —Mrs. Campos discussed the possibility of <br /> reopening the Community Rooms now that the State of Emergency will be lifted. After a brief <br /> discussion, the board agreed that reopening the Community Rooms should move forward, as <br /> long as the residents continue to social distance and wear their masks as required. Mr. Gault <br /> observed that many residents at Asher's Path aren't wearing masks while in the common areas. <br /> Mrs. Campos will ask the assistant property manager to remind residents that the mask mandate <br /> is still in effect. She mentioned that Stop & Shop donated $450.00 worth of gift cards that will be <br /> used toward a welcome back type of function. <br /> b. Carver Management Agreement—Mrs. Campos announced that the Carver Board of <br /> Commissioners voted at their previous meeting to terminate their existing management <br /> agreement with Mashpee and begin a new management contract with the Plymouth Housing <br /> Authority. A termination date has not yet been selected, but the existing agreement with <br /> Mashpee requires that Carver provide a 60-day written termination notice; unless they request <br /> that be waived by DHCD. She will keep the Mashpee board abreast of additional information as <br /> it becomes available. A brief discussion ensued. <br /> Chuck McCullough joined the meeting at 5:20 PM. <br /> c. Rockland Trust/Citizens Bank Account- Mrs. Campos provided a brief update on the new <br /> Asher's Path bank accounts being opened at Rockland Trust. <br /> 6. Old Business: None. <br /> Ms. Allen changed the order of the agenda. <br /> 9. Other Business: (topics that the Chairperson did not reasonably anticipate)—M. Allen <br /> reviewed the report provided by consultant, Rick Lecco, which lists the pro/cons and of the three <br /> candidates being interviewed that evening. <br /> 7.
