Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM. A quorum was <br /> declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Kevin Shackett, and Lisa Meizinger. <br /> 2. Public Comment: None. <br /> 3. Discussions relating to contract negotiations for short-term booking assistance and E.D. <br /> transition--Ms. Allen explained that Mrs. Campos is willing to assist with bookkeeping on <br /> a part-time basis until Kimberly Conn assumes her role as the Executive Director. Mrs. <br /> Campos will also offer assistance to Ms. Conn transition into her role as she needs it. <br /> Mrs. Campos stated she spoke with the housing authority attorney, Pat Grace, who said a <br /> Memorandum of Understanding is sufficient to define the responsibilities required of the <br /> part-time bookkeeper until Ms. Conn starts on June 15th. After a lengthy discussion, it was <br /> decided that Mrs. Campos will be paid her current salary at an hourly rate to perform <br /> bookkeeping duties and to offer assistance to Ms. Conn as needed on a temporary basis; not <br /> to exceed 40 hours per week. No benefits will be included and mileage will be paid <br /> separately at $0.45 per mile when mileage sheets have been submitted for reimbursement. <br /> Mr. Shackett moved, Ms. Meizinger seconded to enter into a Memorandum of <br /> Understanding with Mrs. Campos to perform bookkeeping duties and to assist the new <br /> executive director transition into her role as needed on a temporary basis not to exceed <br /> 40 hours per week. Mrs. Campos will be paid her current salary at an hourly rate <br /> without benefits. Mileage will be reimbursed at a rate of$0.45 per mile when mileage <br /> sheets have been submitted for reimbursement. The motion carried 3-0-0. <br /> 4. Old Business: Mrs. Campos discussed the training on the rules of conducting public <br /> meetings that Pat Grace is holding on May 27, 2021, for the current board members. <br />
