A quorum was declared with the following members present Kevin Shackett, <br />Lisa Meizinger, and Mary LeClair. Also, in attendance was Kimberly Colin, Executive <br />Director. Ms. Conn discussed her intention to submit two applications to the Community <br />Preservation Committee (CPC) of Mashpee, MA. The first application is to add siding, and <br />window replacement to the existing Department of Housing and Community Development <br />(D11CD) project and to request funding to replace the roofs at Breezy Acres, located on <br />Breezy Way in Mashpee, MA. The second, is to apply to replace the roofs at the elderly site <br />luiown as 1-lomeyer Village in Mashpee, MA. Both applications are due to the CPC on <br />November 1, 2021. After a brief discussion. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve Kimberly <br />Conn to draft and submit both applications on behalf of the Mashpee Housing <br />Authority; seconded by Mr. Sbackett. Motion Carried 3-0-0. <br />2. Other Business: None. <br />3. Next Meetint! Date and Time: November 10, 2021, at 5:00 PM. <br />4. Adjournment: Mr. Shackett moved; Ms. Meizinger seconded to adjourn the meeting. <br />The motion carried 3-0-0.
