Z <br />ffi_N�01 <br />August 7,2023 <br />Public Hearing -Amendment to Weekday and Sunday Entertainment Licenses: <br />Barnstable Pizza and Pasta Co Inc dba <br />Discussion and Possible Approval of Amendment to Weekday and Sunday Entertainment Licenses: <br />Barnstable Pizza and Pasta Co Inc dba Final Dino' (continued) <br />Discussion followed amongst the Select Board members. Mi. Mitrokostas is asking for amplified acoustic <br />music, up to two pieces changing the direction to face Route 15 1. It was recommended the Board consider the <br />proposal; 2 nights per week as a temporary trial period. Under consideration is Thursday and Saturday or <br />Sunday dependent upon the availability of talent. <br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden to approve the modifications to the Weekday and Sunday <br />Entertainment Licenses of Barnstable Pizza & Pasta Co., Inc. d/b/a Finally Dino's, 401 Nathan Ellis <br />Highway, Mashpee. The modification shall allow amplified, live and/or recorded music using up to two <br />speakers on the outdoor premises, not to exceed (2) days per week from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The <br />temporary Entertainment License for Weekday and Sunday Entertainment is valid to September 26, <br />2023, to be reviewed by the Select Board on September 26, 2023. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden, yes <br />Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />QlAign 9 Wastewater jLro ejpl Design and EngLn L p�dgg..F1 <br />Reduction of Community Preservation Act 5urchgg�:., <br />Increase of Water Infrastructure lnvestmqq�FjTd_("Wl1F' Surchargq- <br />j_ Z <br />Discussion and A p rova o 0 owilup, I ues ons <br />. . ........ . <br />Ogtion 9 Wastewater Project Desi ��� n_,qrkd_Engineering Funding: <br />Reduction of Communit�, Preservation Act Surcharge: <br />Increase of Water Infrastructure Investment Fund u chare- <br />Due to the lack of a full voting quorum as well as information regarding the proposed reduction in the CPA <br />surcharge, and proposed increase to the WJIF, the Select Board agreed to table the above referenced <br />discussion.
