The fee for the rental certificate <br />shall be set by the Selectmen. The Board of Health <br />shall be the department that registers, tracks the <br />certificates and inspection via the Permiteyes <br />permitting software. A portion of the revenue obtained <br />from the rental certificate program and a portion from <br />the excise tax with an approximate number of rentals <br />in town at 400 will be sufficient to pay for the new <br />position.
