Article 17 General Bylaws,Chapter 147,Article III <br /> §147-6 Deposit of Snow on Town Ways and Property; <br /> To see if the Town will vote to continue participation Violations and Enforcement. <br /> in the Community Septic Management Program and <br /> the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust for the purpose No person other than an employee in the service of the <br /> of making loans to residents of the Town for repairing Town or an employee in the service of an independent <br /> and/or upgrading residential septic systems pursuant to contractor acting for the Town shall pile, push, plow, <br /> agreements between the Board of Health and residential or otherwise deposit snow or ice on to a Town way, <br /> property owners, including all costs incidental and private way open to public use designated by the Select <br /> related thereto, or to take any other action relative Board for purposes of G.L. c. 40, §6C, bikeways, <br /> thereto. parks, parking areas or other Town owned property so <br /> as to impede the flow of vehicular or pedestrian traffic <br /> Submitted by the Board of Health on such ways or interfere with the public use of such <br /> property.Whoever violates this section shall be punished <br /> Explanation: The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, by a fine of two hundred dollars for each offense.
