MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING MINUTES AUGUST 9,2023 Mr. Reidy made a motion relative to the Remand Hearing p LaCava Trustee v. Mash�)ee Zonina_, Board of Ai rkeals- Land Court. 23 M1SC 000.116 MDV�- 234 Old Barnstable Road; Pursuant to G.L. Chapter 40A, §§8 & 15 Owner,A,ntfiony J. LaCava,Jr. Trustee. The inotion is that the Board approve the Building Commissioner's December 30, 2002 Decision that the Owner's proposed development of 29 single-family homes on property located at 234 Old Barnstable Road in Maslipee did not (:all within the scope of an existing Special. Permit, as the subject 1980 Special Permit (Quashnet Valley Development) had lapsed. Said property is located in the R-5 Zoning District, Mali 59, Parcel 5, Mashpee, MA. Based upon the discussion this evening prior to this motion being presented to vote. The information supplied and received from Town Counsel relative to the Board's obligation of the remand hearing on this matter, and subject to Town Counsel reviewing, correcting and modifying as needed (lie Decision made by the Board tonight. Chairman Bonvie asked for a roll call vote. Ms. Sangeleer seconded. Mr. Caggiano, yes, Mr. Reidy, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes, Ms. Sangeleer yes, and Mr. Bonvie, yes. All were in favor to uphold the Building Commissioner's Decision. OTHER BUSINESS ➢ Approve Meeting Minutes dated July 26, 2023. Ms. Sangeleer made a motion to approve the July 26,2023 meeting minutes.Mr.Reidy seconded. All were in favor. Mr. Ganzenmuller made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Furbush seconded. All were in favor. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm.
