All in favor. <br />7:30PM (Continued from 07/05/2023) <br />Applicant: Marcello Mallegni, Forestdale Road, LLC <br />Location: 532 Main Street (Map 26, Block 6) <br />Request: The applicant requests consideration for approval of a 9 lot <br />definitive subdivision plan of land consisting of approximately 18.05 <br />acres located on Main Street (Route 130) between Nicoletta's Way <br />and Echo Road. <br />Attorney Christopher Kirrane is present tonight representing the applicant. The traffic study has <br />been completed. Mr. Dirk is here on behalf of the firm that completed that study. If the Board is <br />comfortable, he would like to know if there is enough information to vote or if anything would be <br />needed further. <br />Jeffrey Dirk with Vanasse & Associates is here tonight to discuss the proposed impact of this <br />project, look at the design for access to the subdivision, and how the project would impact Rt. <br />130 and other intersections, and then some recommendations. They look at the development <br />on all modes of transportation, such as pedestrians and bicycles, and the flow and safety for all <br />involved. They are looking at average conditions but also make sure they are not creating <br />gridlock in the peak traffic seasons. The area of study is Rt. 130 among the intersections of <br />Nicoletta's Way, Echo Road, and Sturgis Lane. The study was done in May and it was for two <br />
