M. <br />16 Great Neck Road North <br />Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br />Mr. Lehrer will keep it open for a longer period to allow for more participation. There will be <br />another workshop next month. <br />Harbor Management Planning Committee New Seabury Workshop <br />Mr. Lehrer will send further details via email, but the meeting will be held July 13th at the <br />clubhouse for the association's frequent use of waterways. It is open to the public. <br />Housing Production Plan Update <br />Mr. Lehrer stated there will be a meeting with the Affordable Housing Committee for a formal <br />kickoff in early July. Consultants wanted them to discuss the draft that gets submitted to the <br />DHCD by December 21, 2023 for the granted money. He will coordinate with the Town <br />Manager and Select Board Chair to establish a meeting date. Ms. Waygan suggested it be on <br />a Select Board meeting night. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Lynne Barbee- She wanted to discuss the concept of native species. In talking with tree guys <br />at Mahoney's, native is hard to come by on Cape. We have a lot of trees that aren't native and <br />may be restrictive. She also has a comment regarding Solar Bylaw on the agenda. She has <br />personal feelings about it. She worked hard on a good bylaw. We do not need overlays for <br />specific special cases. It is good the way it is. <br />BOARD MEETING COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Cape Cod Commission- Continuing to work on Regional Housing Strategy. <br />Stakeholder meeting in Mashpee, another on June <br />23rd at Mashpee Public Library. The housing survey is <br />on the CCC website. <br />Community Preservation Committee- Met last week. Voted to recommend funding for the <br />cemetery restoration for the Historic Commission for <br />$85,000. Voted to recommend funding for disc golf on <br />Ashumet Rd. They are holding the third application for <br />$500,000 for the Trust. They have a vote from the <br />Trust affirming they are applying for funds. She is the <br />liaison for the CPC on the HPP. <br />Design Review- No Meeting <br />Plan Review- Met and reviewed expansion of Mashpee Neck <br />Marina, adjacent to a residential property. He met with <br />neighbors and applicant, important to understand the <br />commercial needs and neighborhoods existing <br />conditions and concerns. Items addressed were: <br />access to parking area from Mashpee Neck, <br />limitations on boat racks, no storage, changes from <br />14 <br />
