Overall Measurements: 31" (height) by 85- <br /> 1/16" (wide), 18.3 sq. ft. <br /> Mr. Sean Donovan represented the sign application for the Dunkin Donuts business. Mr. <br /> Donovan said that the sign will not be illuminated. The lettering will be mounted on the wood <br /> tone accent wall. An electrician will provide the halo lighting fixtures that will be mounted to <br /> shine down onto the sign. The new brand design is being introduced to the Mashpee <br /> community. <br /> Mr. Morris mentioned that the Historical Committee will require their approval at a meeting <br /> because this business is located in the Historic District. Mr. Morris will require a sign permit <br /> from the Building Department, and will expedite the permit once he receives approval from <br /> the Historical Committee. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked how many signs will be mounted the building. Mr. Donovan said that the <br /> existing sign on the front of the building will be updated with halo lighting, and installed in the <br /> same location. The existing sign in the front is 24 sq. ft. The new proposed sign for the front <br /> "Dunkin" letters will be 10.46 sq. ft. The sign lettering "Mashpee Runs On Dunkin" letters are <br /> 18.31. Sq. ft, and will have halo lighting that will shine down onto the lettering. <br /> Mr. Morris said that the existing signs that are being replaced are by right. The sign on the <br /> side of the building is new and requires approval from the Historical Committee, but conforms <br /> to the 5% allowed for the size of the building. <br /> 1 <br />
